Two Norco men who died in a light plane crash in Corona were apparently on a training flight, investigators said. Roger Dean Barnett, 41, and Joseph William Kirchgesler, 34, died when their single-engine Cessna 150L went down in an orange grove. A witness saw the aircraft spinning as it plunged nearly straight down toward the ground, said Jean Pyatt, an investigator for the National Transportation Safety Board. Pyatt said her preliminary inquiry had not determined the cause of the crash.
