Mass Murderer Sentenced

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Confessed mass-murderer Ottis Elwood Toole, who is already on Florida’s Death Row and claims to have killed hundreds of persons with convicted murderer Henry Lee Lucas, was sentenced to life in prison Wednesday after pleading guilty to a 1983 slaying.
