The smile on the faces of quarterback Johnny Stanton from Santa Margarita and running back Terrell Newby from West Hills Chaminade tells the story of how excited they are to become teammates this fall at Nebraska.
Stanton is more than recovered from his knee surgery in the fall. He looks so fit he could play this weekend if his doctor would allow him. Newby, the standout ballcarrier, figures to be an impact player as a freshman for the Cornhuskers.
The two were together last weekend for an interview on a Time Warner Cable recruiting program.
Nebraska fans are going to enjoy the Southern California duo.
