With a little more than a week left in the regular season of the Valley Invitational Baseball League, Chatsworth continues to dominate with an 11-1 record.
Chatsworth, which plays under the name of Valley North, won the VIBL title last season. The regular season ends on July 19 and then comes the single-elimination playoffs.
Simi Valley Royal is also having a productive summer with a 9-2 record. Burbank is at 8-3.
But beware of Harvard-Westlake during the playoffs. The Wolverines are supposed to be at full strength with the return of Arden Pabst, Jack Flaherty, Joe Corrigan and Hans Hansen from summer commitments.
