Jean-Sebastien Giguere waives no-trade clause

Goaltender Jean-Sebastien Giguere has agreed to waive his no-trade clause, clearing the way for the Ducks to deal him to Toronto. The next step is a conference call with the NHL to make sure everything is in line. The Ducks will get goalie Vesa Toskala, who is eligible for unrestricted free agency after this season.
