Angels say no Halladay deal

Roy Halladay is not coming to Anaheim.

ESPN reported that the Angels made a late run at Halladay, the Toronto ace, in advance of today’s 1 p.m. (PDT) trade deadline. However, a source familiar with the negotiations said no deal was reached and that Halladay would not be coming to the Angels.
