Cesar earned his bachelor of science in journalism from the Medill School of Journalism and his masters of science in human-computer interaction degree at DePaul University. Cesar previously worked as a news producer for web sites for Encyclopedia Britannica and Tribune Interactive, where he developed and launched Hoy newspaper's digital properties. Cesar also writes science fiction and fantasy. His first book of short stories, "The 12 Burning Wheels," was published in 2010. He lives in New York City.
