LOS ANGELES — Teirra Hicks came off the bench and finished with nine points and two three-pointers in the Anteaters’ nonconference loss at the No. 19-ranked Bruins on Wednesday.

Shereen Sutherland had nine points for UCI (3-7).

The Anteaters play at San Jose State on Sunday at 2 p.m.
