Newport Harbor juniors Cole Brosnan and Connor Turnbow-Lindenstadt, as well as senior Ben Morrison, have earned first-team All-Sunset League status for boys’ water polo.

Brosnan was a co-captain for the Sailors (16-11), finishing with team-best of 66 goals and 33 assists, as well as 28 steals. He helped Newport Harbor rebound from a 10-17 season a year ago and finish second outright in the Sunset League with a 4-1 mark. Newport Harbor lost at Long Beach Wilson, 11-10 in sudden-death overtime, in the first round of the CIF Southern Section Division 1 playoffs.

Turnbow-Lindenstadt, who missed the first 30 days of the season due to CIF transfer rules after coming over from CdM, still finished second on the Sailors with 40 goals. He added 20 assists and 22 steals.
