Women’s Volleyball: UCI’s Kekauoha stands out

UC Irvine freshman Harlee Kekauoha was named All-Big West Conference in women’s volleyball and also was on the conference’s All-Freshman team.

Kekauoha, a 6-foot opposite, lead the Anteaters with 343 kills and her 3.33 kills per set ranked sixth among Big West hitters. She hit .303 and also led the ‘Eaters with 31 aces. Her .30 aces per set was fifth in the conference.

Kekauoha helped UCI finish 13-15, 7-9 in conference.

UCI senior Ella Rosenfeld, a 6-2 middle blocker, received honorable mention.
