Free sandbags offered in Costa Mesa

Costa Mesa City Hall is providing free sandbags for residents to use to prevent flooding.

There is a limit of 15 bags per person. Residents must fill them on their own, but shovels will be provided.

The bags are available 24/7 at Fire Station No. 4, 2300 Placentia Ave.
