Pedestrian robbed at gunpoint in Costa Mesa
Costa Mesa police are looking for two people who robbed a pedestrian at gunpoint early Monday.
The robbers, one male and one female, approached the pedestrian near the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Mesa Verde Drive about 4:14 a.m., said Costa Mesa police Sgt. Matt Selinske.
The male robber pulled out a handgun and threatened the pedestrian, and the female robber grabbed the pedestrian’s wallet, according to Selinske. The pedestrian was not injured.
Descriptions of the robbers were not available.
