Luxury fashions aid food bank at Harvesters show
The Harvesters and South Coast Plaza presented a fashion show Thursday spotlighting luxury collections to raise money for Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County.
The 24th annual Harvesters Fashion Show and luncheon at the Samueli Theater at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa featured a runway show of 2016 fall and winter collections from fashion houses including Fendi, Lanvin, Ralph Lauren and Versace.
Since 1992, the event has netted more than $6 million for Second Harvest, helping to provide 1.6 million meals for people in need, organizers said.
