Motorcyclist killed in Fountain Valley crash
A motorcyclist died Saturday night in a crash with a Lexus SUV in Fountain Valley, police said.
Fountain Valley police arrived at Brookhurst Street and Heil Avenue about 7:15 p.m. and found a motorcyclist with traumatic injuries.
The rider, Armando Vega Andrade, 20, of Santa Ana was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The motorcycle was traveling north on Brookhurst when it hit the right side of the Lexus, police said. The driver of the Lexus stopped and remained at the scene.

A preliminary investigation indicated the motorcycle may have been speeding before the crash, according to police.
Alcohol and drugs do not appear to have been a factor, police said.
