FULLERTON — Newport Harbor High product Connor Seabold allowed three runs in 7 1/3 innings to earn the win for the host Titans in the Big West Conference game Friday.

Golden West College product Dillon Persinger drove in two runs for the Titans (25-14, 7-3 in conference).

Adam Alcantara, Keston Hiura, Parker Coss and Alex Guenette had two hits each for the Anteaters (15-24, 2-8), who are in last place.

Alcantara and Hiura each had a stolen base, while Mikey Duarte drove in two runs for UCI.

Seabold is 6-4.

The series continues Saturday at 7 p.m. at Cal State Fullerton.

Irvine Valley 5, Orange Coast 3

IRVINE — The Pirates, ranked No. 2 in the state and the Orange Empire Conference champions, closed out the regular season at 31-9, 16-5 in conference on Friday at IVC.

Fullerton 6, Golden West 4

Jake Hinzo went two for four with two runs batted in and Jeremiah Vison and Aiden Cacciatore had two hits apiece for the host Rustlers in the Orange Empire Conference game and season finale for both teams.

Fullerton (18-22, 6-15 in conference) scored four in the seventh inning to erase a 4-2 deficit.

Golden West finishes 19-21, 9-12, in sixth place.
