Key Trojans: Sr. QB/S/P Neil Boudreau (275 yards passing, five TDs, one INT); Sr. RB/CB Matt Abellaneda (22 carries for 252 yards, five TDs); Sr. MLB Brandon Mattson (team-best 31 tackles).

Breakdown: The Eagles try to avoid a three-game losing streak as they play host to the Trojans in the nonleague game ... Estancia is 3-23 against Pacific Coast League teams since 2001, including last week’s 27-17 loss at Irvine. However, one of the three wins came last year against University, when Estancia won, 35-10 ... University also came into the teams’ matchup last year with a 3-0 record. The Trojans have not started 4-0 since 2008 ... University is playing its second straight Orange Coast League foe after edging Calvary Chapel, 28-27, last week on a 57-yard touchdown pass from Boudreau to Andre Campbell with 18 seconds left ... Estancia is expected to be without junior running back Jordan Balcazar (dislocated shoulder) for two to three weeks ... Coach Mike Bargas said that Tyler Chacon and DJ Davis could see time at tailback ... Two-way senior lineman Jason Jones (hand) practiced all week and is expected to play, Bargas said ... The University defensive coordinator is Estancia alumnus Jeremy Osso, who was the head coach at Costa Mesa from 2006-10.
