LOS ANGELES — Jessie Harris had 22 kills and 12 digs to help lead the Sea Kings to a 19-25, 25-12, 25-23, 25-19 nonleague win in their season opener Thursday.

Natalia Bruening (eight kills), Payton Carter (19 digs) and Alex Osterberg (eight service aces) also contributed for CdM (1-0), which fnished with 19 aces.

Estancia 11, Orange 7

Kinley Ohland swept at singles 6-1, 6-0, 6-3 in the Eagles’ nonleague home match Thursday.

The doubles teams of Tatanjit and Annie Mitchell, and Julie Makley and Delani Guyot also swept for Estancia (2-1).

No. 3 singles player Nancy Le won two sets 6-4, 7-5 for the Mustangs in their nonleague win Thursday.

Seniors Caitlin Wase and Dilara Ozonur also won twice at No. 1 doubles for Costa Mesa (2-0).
