Men’s Tennis: UCI falls to UCSB

INDIAN WELLS — The Anteaters rallied from a 3-0 deficit to tie, but fell in the Big West Conference Tournament title match on Sunday at Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

Sebastian Heim won, 6-4, 6-2, at No. 1 singles and teamed with Caryl Hernandez for a 6-4 win at No. 3 doubles for UCI (20-13).

Nico Mertens and Rafael Davidian won at No. 3 and No. 6 singles, respectively, for the ‘Eaters.

UCSB is 15-9.
