CMAC honored for winning gold medal

The Costa Mesa Aquatics Club 12U boys’ water polo team were honored for winning a gold medal at the USA Water Polo Junior Olympics by the Newport-Mesa Unified School District Board Tuesday. The team included Costa Mesa Middle School students, eighth-graders Augie Cunningham, Jacob Garcia and Blake Hudson, and seventh-graders Caedmon Fisher, Jose Albarion, Kevin Johnson and Teak Zachary, and coaches Dustin and Cody Serrano.
