High School Roundup: Pacifica Christian Orange County boys’ basketball routs San Juan Hills
Riyaan Jiwani finished with 22 points and six three-pointers in the Pacifica Christian Orange County High boys’ basketball team’s 83-43 win over host San Juan Hills on Friday at the Stallion Showdown.
Judah Brown had 16 points and 10 assists for Pacifica Christian (4-1). Houston Mallette scored 15 points and Josh Sims finished with 12 points and 15 rebounds.
Newport Harbor 54, La Mirada 50: Robbie Spooner scored 16 points for the Sailors in the Valley Christian tournament pool-play game Friday.
Levi Darrow added 14 points for Newport Harbor (2-1).
