Youngsters with spinal cord injuries get a day on the waves

The Life Rolls On Foundation brought its series of surfing events for young people with spinal cord injuries to Huntington Beach on Saturday.

Volunteers pitched in to help the adaptive surfers in an event called They Will Surf Again.

The nonprofit foundation was started in 2001 by Jesse Billauer, who was paralyzed in a surfing accident in 1996.
