Born on the fourth of July, this beautiful firecracker sparkled through life for 77 years. After graduating from Stanford, this 5’2” pintsize powerhouse married and reached her dream of giving birth to four children. Her children worshipped her and relied on her strength, energy and determination. After brain surgery left her weakened, her children and her loyal caregivers were lucky to love her for the next 27 years. She witnessed all four of her children marry and treasured all 7 grandchildren and the eighth on the way! An accomplished tennis player and golfer, shopping center owner and lover of sweet treats, she knew how to enjoy life and what was truly important, love. Without one complaint she overcame cancer twice! As well as a few additional surgeries! It is hard to summarize her bright light in a few words, but you can see it in the eyes of her children and grandchildren when they talk about her and the love, fun and lasting values she created.
