Dodgeball registration begins Monday
Registration begins Monday for SchoolPower’s fourth annual dodgeball tournament, the local organization said in a news release.
The event, for youths and adults, will be held Oct. 10 inside the Laguna Beach High School gym. Proceeds benefit Laguna Beach Unified School District schools.
Players will be organized into three divisions: fourth and fifth grades, sixth through eighth grades, and high school and adult. Teams must have six to eight players, with at least two them members of the opposite gender, the release said.
Cost is $15 for students and $40 for adults, though members of the first two high school teams to sign up receive free registration. Admission for spectators is free.
Online registration is open through Sept. 27; slots are limited.
