Born August 12, 1919, Savannah, GA died December 4, 2012 in Newport Beach, CA
Marjorie was raised in Georgia and moved to Los Angeles and attended Manual Arts HS and UCLA
She was a leading model for Joseph Magnin in Los Angeles and New York and operated her own charm and modeling school in Corona Del Mar and later was a successful realtor in the Newport Beach area. Marjorie was also a member of Soroptimist International and The First Tuesday Club.
Surviving are her five children, son-in-law and daughters-in-law, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Jayne Armstrong, Jeff and Virginia Ellmore, Philip and Barbara Ellmore, Curtis and Candi Ellmore, Polly and Rodger Maxwell, William and Olivia Armstrong, Michele, Michael, Maddie and Matt Klimek, Elizabeth and Chandler Ellmore, Megan and Alex Gonzales, Julie and Parker Jones and Curtis Ellmore Jr.
Her husbands Eugene Pointer and Alfred C. Ellmore predeceased her in 1950 and 1993 as did her favorite cousin Bill Branch in 2005.
