NMUSD needs Measure F oversight committee members
The school district is looking for residents to serve on an oversight committee for dispersing funds from a voter-approved bond measure.
The district needs one member each from a business and senior citizen organization to serve on the Measure F Citizens Oversight Committee that oversees the spending of the $282-million Measure F bond voters approved in 2005.
The representative position from the Estancia High School zone is also vacant. The board may also appoint four at-large members.
The board is expected to appoint members for a two-year term at its Tuesday meeting. Anyone interested in applying should contact Deputy Supt. and Chief Business Official Paul Reed at (714) 424-5000.
