Monterey Drive: A Newport Coast man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 200 block at 1:54 p.m. Monday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A homeless man was reportedly standing in the road, directing traffic in the 20600 block at 9:26 a.m. Jan. 20.

Laguna Canyon Road: A La Habra man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 5:19 p.m. Saturday.

Loma Terrace: A Santa Monica man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 400 block at 1:18 a.m. Saturday.

Cleo Street: A Laguna Niguel man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 2:04 a.m. Saturday.

Cleo Street: A Washington woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 11:38 p.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A Los Angeles man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 600 block at 12:36 a.m. Sunday.

Park Avenue: Two homeless people, a female and male, were reportedly having sexual intercourse under a stairway in the 300 block at 6:38 p.m. Monday. The man was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Forest Avenue: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 500 block at 8:42 p.m. Wednesday.

Area 4

South Coast Highway: Grand theft was reported in the 1500 block at 5:01 p.m. Jan. 20. Art was reported missing from Matt Hamilton Gallery.

South Coast Highway: An Irvine man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 1100 block at 1:40 a.m. Sunday.

Bluebird Canyon Drive: A person reported that a male urinated on their flowers in the 800 block at 4:16 p.m. Sunday. The person reported that the man came from a home where about 25 men were engaged in a “steam bath” and holding each other’s arms in a circle while chanting. The homeowner was contacted and told police he runs a Native American sweat lodge. He was cooperative and said no one would urinate on the person’s property again.

Coast View Drive: A person reported two raccoons fighting in the road in the 900 block at 8:04 p.m. Sunday. They reported it created a traffic hazard. Police arrived and separated them.

Vista Del Sol: A Mission Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:28 a.m. Saturday.

Third Avenue: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 2:34 a.m. Saturday.

Vista Del Sol: A Laguna Hills man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:42 a.m. Sunday.

Vista Del Sol: An Irvine man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 12:22 a.m. Thursday.
