Event raises $29,000 for Costa Mesa High
COSTA MESA — The Costa Mesa High School Foundation’s first Evening Under the Stars benefit raised $29,000, city officials said Monday.
The foundation partnered with the city, the Costa Mesa Conference and Visitor Bureau and Mastro’s Steakhouse to put on Saturday night’s dinner and entertainment that raised money for Costa Mesa High School’s enrollment zone.
The money was raised through sponsorships, ticket sales and a silent auction.
