SAN LUIS OBISPO — The Anteaters’ season came to an end in the semifinals of the Big West Conference Tournament Thursday.

UCI, the No. 4 seed in the four-team event, finishes 12-7-2.

Cal Poly (14-5), the regular-season conference champion, took 10 shots to UCI’s 14.

IRVINE — Junior transfer Jade Smith-Williams had a game-high 17 points to lead the Anteaters in the exhibition game Thursday at the Bren Events Center.

Smith-Williams was six for eight from the free-throw line, making two in a one-and-one situation with 19 seconds left to finalize the scoring.

Senior Keyonna Johnson had 14 points for UCI.
