Sign ups have begun for beach paintball tourney

Registration has begun for the U.S. Paintball League Surf City Open, scheduled for April 3-5 at the beach. Those who register and pay in full before Monday will save $100 per seven-man team and $50 per five-man team.

The new, player-run league governs paintball tournaments and play. It will host six events per year throughout the country that offer four divisions: Professional, Division I, Division II and Division III.
