VENTURA – Sophomore Simone Ibbotson scored 13 points to lead the Pirates in the first of two games at the four-team Ventura Crossover Monday.

Freshman Jenna Lujan added 11 points for the Pirates (11-6).

IRVINE — Anteaters junior Mary Has had a game-high 17 points and posted career highs in rebounds (six) and steals (five) Sunday in the nonconference game at the Bren Events Center.

Junior Kelly Cochran had 12 points and five rebounds in 16 minutes off the bench for UCI (3-9).

Haywood Wright, a Sage Hill School product, had eight points and six rebounds for the Bulldogs (5-5).
