Band debuts album with mixed-use space party

Newport Beach-based band Dolphin City will perform at a party Saturday to celebrate its debut album, “Discretion.”

The record-release, all-ages party will be at 8 p.m. at eVocal, a mixed-use space for clothes, art and music at 814 W. 19th St., Costa Mesa. Admission is $7, or you can pay $12 and also get a copy of the new album.

The record is also available for download at dolphincityrecords.com.

The band includes Drew Morgan (guitar and vocals), Eric Scullin (guitar, vocals and keyboard), Tyler Ellis (bass) and Kevin Bleitz (drums).
