Goalkeeper Ally Wallace made four saves and recorded her second shutout of the year for Estancia (1-0-1).

Jackie Freiberger came off the bench to record a goal. Kendy Garcia and Katy Mendez each added goals.

NEWPORT COAST — Junior forward Natalie Argueta recorded a hat trick in the Mustangs’ nonleague match Thursday.

Breana Dorame and Sami Feinstein each added one goal for Costa Mesa (3-0).

Goalkeeper Jessica Rubright made two saves to preserve the shutout.

Sage Hill keeper Hannah MacLeod made seven saves.

CYPRESS — Kohl Jones scored 24 points and Davon Joyner added 21 to lead the Eagles to a consolation quarterfinal win Thursday at Cypress High.

Tim Neumann scored 13 points and Troy McClanahan had 12 points for Estancia (1-1), which will play against Garden Grove in a consolation semifinal today at 4:30 p.m. at Cypress High.
