Costa Mesa man suspected of exposing himself at park
A Costa Mesa man faces charges in connection with exposing himself to two women at Moon Park off California Avenue over the weekend, police said Monday.
Glen Montgomery, 56, was arrested Sunday morning after the two women called police saying Montgomery had dropped his pants and began masturbating in front of them at the park, Lt. Allen Huggins said.
Police describe Montgomery as a transient who lived in his trailer home off Cadillac Avenue, only a short walk on the bicycle path under the 405 Freeway to the park.
Court records show Montgomery was convicted in 2001, 2000, and 1997 and on charges of indecent exposure. In 1995 he was convicted of indecent exposure and annoying/molesting children. Details of those incidents were not immediately available. He is also registered on the Megan’s Law website.
