Florence M. Chamberlain “KALIKO” was born Florence Marie Jewett, in Hilo, HA. She is survived by 3 daughters, Milli Palaferri of Tehachapi, Sandra Melim of Bakersfield and Roberta Chamberlain, who is awaiting her in Heaven. She has 5 Grandchildren, Carol Pearce of Modesto, Nanci Bryant of Eureka, Bruce Buehler of Houston, TX, Beth McCool of Tehachapi and Paul Buehler of Bakersfield. She is blessed with 14 Great Grandchildren ranging from 2.5 to 5 years of age. She was active in the Hawaiian Civic Club, a long standing member of the Kamaina Klub of Newport Beach, and while living in Leisure World, Seal Beach, she taught Hula and put on many Hawaiian shows thru out the community. She was a member of the original Calvary Chapel in Santa Ana, for many years, 3rd row from the front. ALOHA to Sis-in-law Kay and friends in Leisure World. Florence will leave a large empty place in our hearts and lives. Yet, we celebrate her heavenly home coming! ALOHA TO ALL!
