Donated business attire accepted at bank’s drive
Got extra business clothing? Donate it at a First Bank location, and it could help low-income women join the workforce.
First Bank and Orange County charity Women Helping Women are hosting a clothing drive through Nov. 9. First Bank locations throughout the county are accepting new or gently worn women’s business clothing, such as suits, dress shoes, skirts, slacks and blouses. Men’s business clothing is also accepted.
In addition to receiving clothes, beneficiaries can get job search support and image consultations.
In Costa Mesa, donations can be taken to the First Bank branch at 3001 Harbor Blvd., Suite C; its hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays.
