McClaire, Elizabeth Ann (Betty)

Died peacefully on Sunday, January 7, 2007 of respiratory complications from cancer. Born in Portland, Oregon May 14, 1923 and a resident of Newport Beach since 1952. She is survived by her sister, Patricia Howard Colegrove, son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Christy McClaire, son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Barbara McClaire, 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A private “Celebration of her life” with family and friends will be held on January 26^th at the family residence. In lieu of flowers, a donation my be made to Cancer Research Center Foundation, 1336 Basswood Rd., Schaumburg, IL 60173
