UC Irvine 67, Pacific 42STOCKTON — Patrick Sanders and Mark Kelley scored 12 points each to help lead the Anteaters to the Big West Conference win Saturday.

Nic Campbell and Darren Fells added 10 points each for UCI (8-10, 2-2 in conference), which shot 65% (13 for 20) in the second half when it outscored the Tigers, 33-16.

The Anteaters finished 54.3% from the field. Pacific (5-11, 2-2) suffered its worst conference loss in 17 years.
