‘LANDSCAPE CONFECTION’

The Orange County Museum of Arts will present “Landscape Confection,” an exhibition featuring 50 works that expand the boundaries of landscape painting, at 850 San Clemente Drive, Newport Beach. Related public programs, including panel discussions and free Thursday evenings, are presented with the show. Museum hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday, with extended hours Thursdays from 11 a.m. Admission is $10, students and seniors are $8.

Orange Coast College’s Friday Night Film Series will screen “The Lady Eve,” starring Barbara Stanwyck, Henry Fonda and Charles Coburn and directed by Preston Sturges.
