Improv-O-Mania, an afternoon of improvisational comedy mayhem, is

the theme for the Family Fun Days series continuing at 2 p.m. today

at GTC Burbank. Tickets are $8, $5 for Burbank residents, and are

available at the door. The series continues Sept. 10 and 24. The

Randall’s Premier Guest Artist Show “Colors of the Heart,”

featuring digital photography of “Just Jaymes” McClam, is continuing

A Summer Music Series continues with Kenny & Suzette from 2 to 5

p.m. and Hoover High Jazz from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Glendale

Marketplace shopping center on Brand Boulevard between Colorado

Street and Broadway. Admission is free. The series will continue

through Sept. 25.

“Heartbeat” a fundraiser for the Glendale Community College Dance

Department, will be at 8 p.m. today and 7 p.m. Sunday in the GCC

Theatre, 1500 N. Verdugo Road, Glendale. The show features Deborah

Brockus of the Brockus Project Dance Company and Anthony Johnson from

Ballet Magique, and musical artists such as the edgy rock quartet,

Slant (Gotham Records), as well as introduces fresh talent to the

scene. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. For

The Summer Music Series continues with the Reese Place Band from 1

to 4 p.m. and Carlos Velasco from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Glendale

Marketplace shopping center, on Brand Boulevard between Colorado

Street and Broadway. Admission is free. The series will continue

through Sept. 25.

2005 Summer Music in the Park free concert series ends today with

“Hot August Night! -- A Tribute to Neil Diamond starring Dean Colley”

from 6 to 8 p.m. in Memorial Park, 1301 Foothill Blvd., La Canada

Flintridge. For more information, call 790-8880 and ask for Tom. The

series is sponsored by the city of La Canada Flintridge.

The Falcon Theatre’s Family Summer Theatre presents the world

premiere of the musical “Groovaloo.” “Charlie’s Angels.” Performances

are 8 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and 4 p.m. Sundays through
