Church was misidentified in a photograph in the July 8 issue

(“Sanctuary blends art, spirit”). The Most Reverend Tod David Brown,

D.D., Bishop of Orange presided at the ceremony.

Also in the July 8 issue, a story on the Laguna Beach Plein-Air

Paintings Invitational had an incorrect date for the public to view

the plein-air paintings on exhibit (“All about the quick draw”).

Paintings will be on exhibit and available for purchase at Laguna Art

Museum from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 17.

The July 1 City Council wrap-up included incorrect information

about the renewal of the city’s franchise agreement with Cox

Communications. The council did not approve an allocation from a

grant to fund the completion of the Laguna Beach website database.
