Real estate firm GVA DAUM announced Monday that a

7,178-square-foot Costa Mesa building on Cadillac Avenue had been

sold for more than $1.3 million.

The building is set to be occupied by Capture 3D, a company that

manufactures high-tech measurement devices used for reverse

engineering and other applications.

The building was purchased by GWT Investments, a company formed by

Capture 3D to purchase the building, said John Rothwell, vice

president of GVA DAUM’s Newport Beach office. The seller was RLM

Investments LLC.
