High-tech company buys building
Real estate firm GVA DAUM announced Monday that a
7,178-square-foot Costa Mesa building on Cadillac Avenue had been
sold for more than $1.3 million.
The building is set to be occupied by Capture 3D, a company that
manufactures high-tech measurement devices used for reverse
engineering and other applications.
The building was purchased by GWT Investments, a company formed by
Capture 3D to purchase the building, said John Rothwell, vice
president of GVA DAUM’s Newport Beach office. The seller was RLM
Investments LLC.
Barnes & Noble renews Triangle Square lease
Triangle Square spokeswoman Vanessa Showalter announced Monday
that Barnes & Noble Booksellers renewed its lease at the Costa Mesa
mall for one year. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The bookstore has been at the mall since 1993. The shopping center
has not yet announced a client to replace Niketown, which left
Triangle Square in January.
