The Newport-Mesa Unified School District offers menu choices each day

at elementary schools. Students may choose a vegetarian entree. The

selection varies and may be either a salad, sandwich or hot entree.

The menu is subject to change. Here’s what’s being served this week:

TODAY: Munchable lunch salad with Yoplait fruit yogurt or crispy

baked chicken, broccoli with ranch dip, frozen 100% fruit juice bar,

choice of milk.

WEDNESDAY: Munchable lunch salad or teriyaki beef dippers and

rice, crisp green salad with ranch dressing, California raisins,

choice of milk.

THURSDAY: Oriental chicken salad with fresh-baked, whole-grain

roll or pepperoni hot pocket, green beans, diced pears, animal

snackers, choice of milk.

FRIDAY: Munchable lunch salad or bean and cheese burrito, veggie

sticks with ranch, fresh fruit, baked Cheetos, choice of milk.

MONDAY: Munchable lunch salad or two mini-cheeseburgers, lettuce

and pickles, applesauce, choice of milk.
