There is only one item on the agenda for Monday.

BUSINESS EXPANSIONS

The commission will consider a request from Angela Danciu,

representing property owners Ed and Jim Miltenburg, for a permit to

allow the expansion of an auto body repair/paint shop into another

unit on a property located within 200 feet of a residential zone. The

company, G&D; Auto Collision, is at 2085 Placentia Ave.

The business is in an industrial building and already occupies the

last three units in the building, at the rear of the lot. If the

request is approved, all operations will have to be conducted within

the building limited to the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Staff members believe the expansion will not adversely affect the

nearby residential properties, so approval is expected.
