Retrial costs could support schools

No, I don’t think the teenagers in the Haidl case should be

retried. When you look at the jury coming back for acquittal, 11-1,

and the way they voted on the other charges, I mean, my God, what is

the district attorney thinking to spend more money again when this

state’s schools are being cut back on along with health issues for

the elderly. I mean, I don’t get it. It’s over, you know? Tell this

guy it’s over.

Teens must be retried, not dismissed

I think (Greg Haidl, Kyle Nachreiner and Keith Spann) should be

retried, because if they are let go after this hideous thing that

they’ve done, then what are they going to do if they get free on this

charge? And they’ve got to own up to what they did.

Regardless of what that girl was, I don’t think it was proven that

she was conscious during the taping. So how could they dismiss it and

let those boys get away with doing something like that?
