Three arrested in

Three men suspected of running an underground firearms market are

being held on bail of $500,000 each by the Superior Court of Orange

County and a no-bail hold was also placed on the suspects by U.S.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the largest investigative arm of

the Department of Homeland Security.

The three men -- Agustin Perez Razo, 26, of Sacramento; Roberto

Rodriguez, 31, of Santa Ana; and Miguel Garay, 28, of Monrovia --

were arrested Thursday outside of Kmart in Costa Mesa on suspicion of

selling more than $80,000 worth of black market firearms and illegal

drugs, Costa Mesa Police Lt. John FitzPatrick said.

The men were arrested for allegedly possessing materials intended

to manufacture methamphetamine, selling unregistered firearms,

machine guns, assault weapons and marijuana and led officials to a

virtual arsenal in an undisclosed Santa Ana residence.

Some of the firearms gathered by police were an AK-47 assault

weapon, a MAC11 fully automatic machine pistol and several handguns.

The investigation into other sources of firearms is continuing.
