Mr. and Mrs. James Chesebro of Corona del Mar announce the

engagement of their daughter, Candace Joy Chesebro of Corona del Mar,

to Brian David Goodman of Overland Park, Kan.

The bride-elect graduated from Corona del Mar High and the

University of San Diego. She earned her masters’ in Spanish from New

York University. She teaches Spanish at Chapman University in Orange.

The future bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fredric E. Goodman of

Leawood, Kansas, graduated from Blue Valley North High School and

Indiana University. He earned his law degree from the University of

Kansas. He is the senior corporate counsel with Paciolan in Irvine.

An Aug. 9 wedding is planned in Newport Beach.

Brower-Bisaccia

Mark and Donna Brower of Corona del Mar announce the engagement of

their daughter, Erica Brower of Corona del Mar, to Anthony Bisaccia

of Newport Beach.

The bride-elect graduated from Corona del Mar High and UC Santa

Barbara.

The future bridegroom, son of Albert and Patricia Bisaccia of

Danville, Calif., graduated from Monte Vista High School and UC Santa

Barbara.

A July 12 wedding is planned at Our Lady Queen of Angels Church in

Newport Beach.
