Defensive camp offered

A special baseball camp experience for youngsters ages 9 to 14 is

being offered through Sluggers Professional Baseball Instruction of

Huntington Beach.

The summer defensive camps are designed to offer players specific

instruction for the positions they play. Campers will enjoy two,

two-hour intensive training days and a personal evaluation at the end

of each camp.

Camp instruction includes middle infield; corner infield;

catching; outfield; situational hitting and base running.

The cost for the camps is $75. Camps are running weekly on Mondays

and Wednesdays, and Tuesday and Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to noon and 1

to 3 p.m.
