Laguna Beach United Methodist Church
The Laguna Beach United Methodist Church will begin “Summer Sundays”
on July 7. This program is for children ages pre-K through third grade
attending Sunday school and for children grades fourth through sixth
attending church with their parents at our 10 a.m. worship. The Family
Choir will lead music worship on those Sundays. The program will run

South Coast YMCA
The South Coast YMCA will host an AFAA Senior Fitness workshop for
fitness instructors. This one-day program will cover the essentials of
designing and teaching a safe and enjoyable fitness class for seniors.
Students will gain a basic understanding of the aging process and the
special considerations that are necessary in developing safe and
effective exercise programs for the mature adult population, healthy and
frail. The class will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 13. The class

Unitarian Universalist Fellowship
The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship will present Rabbi Allan Krause.
Rabbi Krause, who leads Temple Beth Eli, has recently returned from the

The SilverSneakers Fitness classes are an ongoing series of classes
designed for strengthening and conditioning. The self-paced classes are
