* Broadway Street: A female was cited and released for shoplifting in

the 200 block at 1:52 p.m. Friday.

* Broadway Street: A man wearing a cowboy hat was arrested for public

intoxication in the 200 block at 11:47 p.m. Saturday.

* Calliope Street: Someone reported that they could not find their car

at the intersection of Coast Highway. The car was located in front of

French 75 at 10:50 p.m. Thursday.

* Catalina Street: A driver was pulled over for reckless driving in

the 300 block at 5:05 a.m. Friday.

* Circle Drive: A man was reported yelling for help in the 31000 block

at 5:03 a.m. Thursday.

* Coast Highway: Four transients were arrested for public intoxication

in the 500 block at 8:38 p.m. Thursday.

* Coast Highway: A dog was reported found in the 31000 block at 8:42

a.m. Sunday.

* Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach resident was arrested for driving

under the influence at the intersection of Moss Street at 2:21 a.m.

Friday.

* Cypress Drive: A male and female were both arrested for driving

under the influence and battery at the intersection of Holly Street at

3:29 a.m. Saturday.

* Forest Avenue: An employee was arrested for stealing cash from a

register in the 200 block at 4:03 p.m. Thursday.

* Laguna Canyon Road: A man was arrested for public intoxication after

he tried to jump out of a taxi in the 2000 block at 2:13 a.m. Friday.

* Main Beach: A man was reported sunbathing in his underwear at 2:31

p.m. Monday.

* Ocean Avenue: A female was arrested for public intoxication and

child endangerment at the intersection of Coast Highway 10:54 p.m.,

Friday.

* Paseo de Valencia: A mother duck was reported killed and her 10

babies were collected by animal control at the 23000 block at 3:52 p.m.

Thursday.

* Pearl Street Beach: An injured sea lion was reported and the Friends

of the Sea Lion were contacted at 10:57 a.m. Saturday.

* Point Place: A pelican was reported injured in the 32000 block at

10:03 a.m. Sunday.

* San Tropez Court: A loud party was reported in the 100 block at

11:58 p.m. Friday.

* Skyline Drive: A large snake was reported in someone’s backyard in

the 1000 block at 4:55 p.m. Thursday.

* South Coast Highway: A front window was reported broken in the 1700

block at 9:45 a.m. Saturday.

* South Coast Highway: A person was reported sleeping in an alleyway

and was arrested for public intoxication in the 1000 block at 6:32 p.m.

Sunday.

* Thalia Street: A dead seal was reported on the beach in the 900

block at 3:52 p.m. Friday.

* Thousand Steps Beach: Two large bonfires were reported on the beach.

Officers escorted subjects off the beach and the fires were extinguished

at 1:36 a.m. Friday.
