If you’re planning to cook pork for Easter -- whether a roast or a ham

-- you want to make sure it’s cooked all the way through. Here are some

roasting tips for the oven-weary from LightLiving.com.

A boneless pork loin roast should be cooked at 350 degrees, checked

after 40 minutes and considered done when it’s reached 155 degrees.

A pork tenderloin should roast at 400 degrees, be checked after 15 or

20 minutes and be taken out when it’s 150 degrees.

A fresh ham should cook at 350 degrees, be checked after an hour and

finished at 155 degrees.
